This achievement marks another significant milestone for Dstar in environmental performance and quality control.
The certification is strictly based on the following standards:
· T/CECS 100330-2022 “Green Building Material Evaluation – Thermal Insulation and Decoration Integrated Board”,
· CNCA-CGP-13:2023 “Implementation Guidelines for Green Building Material Product Grading Certification”,
· Certification Rules EEC/TD-051-2024 “Detailed Implementation Rules for Green Building Material Product Grading Certification – Thermal Insulation and Decoration Integrated Board”,
· Product testing reports issued by the National Building Energy Conservation Quality Inspection and Testing Center.
Through comprehensive technical evaluation of Dstar’s product documentation and on-site factory inspection, the assessment examined the product’s environmental attributes and quality performance, ultimately confirming that it fully meets the requirements of the Green Building Material Product Certification.

The Green Building Material Product Certification is a nationally promoted third-party certification system. Based on green building material evaluation standards and related regulations, it assesses building materials across four dimensions: resource efficiency, energy efficiency, environmental performance, and product quality. Products that pass the certification may display the unified “Green Building Material” label, serving as authoritative proof that the product meets national green standards.
The current certification catalog includes 6 major categories and 72 product types, such as enclosure structures & concrete materials, doors/windows & decorative finishes, waterproofing & sealants, HVAC & solar/lighting, water supply/drainage equipment, and other building-related products.
Green Building Material Product Certification is divided into three levels:
· One-Star: Product performance meets basic requirements of green building materials; environmental, health, or energy-saving attributes reach the industry’s average level.
