Product Description
This system features composite panels manufactured in a factory by bonding Class A fire-rated insulation material with an aluminum faceplate using adhesives. The panels integrate thermal insulation and decorative functions. The aluminum sheet used is grade 3003 aluminum alloy.
Aluminium composite panels (ACP), also referred to as aluminium sandwich panels, are made of two thin aluminium sheets bonded to a plastic core. This layered structure results in a panel that is lightweight, dimensionally stable, and mechanically strong. Combining durability with a clean, modern appearance, ACP sheets are widely used in wall cladding, interior construction, and signage applications. At DSTAR, we offer a broad selection of aluminium composite panels, available from stock or custom-made to specification. Backed by years of industry experience and technical expertise, our team is ready to support you in selecting the most suitable solution for your project.
● Excellent Color Stability & Weather Resistance: Superior color consistency with over 20 years of weather resistance without fading. A self-cleaning nano-coating keeps the finish bright and beautiful long-term.
● Lightweight with High Strength: The panels are thin yet highly flexible, strong, and lightweight. Weight can be as low as 20kg per square meter, significantly reducing the building load and minimizing the risk of detachment.
● High Malleability: The metal panel offers excellent plasticity. It can be designed and custom-shaped through sheet metal bending to create various custom-shaped panels according to the facade design.
● Simple Installation: Installation is straightforward and can proceed under almost all climatic conditions, except for the most severe weather. The construction site utilizes a simple "three-step method" for assembly.

Core application scenarios: exterior walls of all buildings including commercial, residential, school, hospital, etc.

The core advantage of aluminum three-dimensional panel insulation and decoration integrated panel is the combination of three-dimensional decorative texture and insulation function, which can create a unique visual hierarchy for exterior walls while also considering practicality. It can be classified into five categories:
● The panel is made of aluminum three-dimensional board with concave and convex textures (such as diamond, bar, customized patterns) on the surface, which has a three-dimensional visual effect and is more upscale than flat boards. It can create an artistic exterior wall appearance and is suitable for projects that require differentiated styles, such as trendy commercial buildings, characteristic homestays, cultural buildings, etc.
● Supports various surface treatments, such as fluorocarbon roller coating and wood/stone grain transfer printing, which can be matched with different colors and textures, presenting a modern feel of metal and simulating the warmth of natural materials, with flexible style adaptation.
● The substrate is made of aluminum alloy sheet (usually 4mm thickness: 0.6mm panel+3mm 3D core+0.4mm backplate), which has high strength, impact resistance, and three-dimensional structure that can enhance the overall rigidity of the sheet. It is not easy to deform and is not prone to warping or cracking problems after long-term use. There are various sizes of blocks, which can be used as large boards.
● Strong environmental adaptability, fluorocarbon and other coatings can resist UV and acid rain erosion, are not easy to fade or peel off, and have a service life of 25-30 years, far exceeding ordinary flat color aluminum plates (15-20 years).
● Thermal insulation core materials (commonly XPS, PU, rock wool) are pre compounded with aluminum three-dimensional panels in the factory, without on-site splicing gaps, avoiding the thermal bridge effect of traditional "three-dimensional aluminum panels+separate insulation layers". The energy-saving rate can easily reach over 65%, and some can meet the high energy-saving requirements of 75%.
● The core material is tightly integrated with the panel, and the insulation layer will not loosen due to the three-dimensional structure of the board, ensuring stable long-term insulation effect and reducing building energy consumption.
● Although it is a three-dimensional structure, the finished integrated panel does not require on-site processing and shaping, only "bonding+anchoring fixation". The construction process is similar to that of flat integrated panels, and the efficiency of on-site welding of three-dimensional aluminum panel curtain walls is improved by 60%, significantly shortening the construction period.
● Lightweight (about 20-28kg/㎡), with low requirements for building load-bearing capacity, not only suitable for new buildings, but also for exterior wall renovation of old buildings, without the need for additional wall reinforcement.
● The three-dimensional texture is not easy to accumulate dust, and can be cleaned with daily rinsing with clean water; If the local panel is damaged, a single panel can be replaced separately without dismantling the surrounding structure, and the maintenance difficulty is much lower than that of the three-dimensional curtain wall welded on site.
● No need for regular repainting or renovation, long-term maintenance costs are more than 50% lower than traditional three-dimensional stone and metal curtain walls, and the cost-effectiveness is higher.
Owing to their excellent versatility and performance, ACP sheets are widely applied across multiple industries:
· Façade cladding and fascia boards: Deliver a sleek, modern aesthetic while offering reliable protection against weather and environmental exposure.
· Interior construction: Well suited for wall panels, ceilings, and other interior elements, providing a smooth surface and refined finish.
· Signage and advertising: Commonly used for signage, light boxes, and wayfinding systems due to their flatness, printability, and long-term durability.
· Industrial applications: Ideal for machine enclosures, partition panels, and other industrial uses where high strength combined with low weight is required.
● Customization of Design: Customize the design according to the blueprint;
● Color customization: Provides multi-color roller coating, which can achieve gradient, contrasting and other effects to meet the theme decoration needs.
● Customers provide texture design sketches or reference images, specifying the usage scenario (indoor/outdoor);
● The design team will convert the sketch into a 3D model and provide rendering effects within 2 working days;
● After the customer confirms the rendering, a 35% advance payment will be made and the factory will produce the texture mold;
● Produce samples after the mold is completed, and mass produce after the customer inspects the texture and color to be qualified (cycle 10-15 working days);
● Delivery to the site, providing installation drawings and technical guidance to ensure neat stitching of three-dimensional textures.
