Magnesium aluminum zinc composite panel integrated board combines super strong corrosion resistance and efficient insulation performance, making it more durable than ordinary metal panel integrated board, especially suitable for harsh environments such as humidity and coastal areas. It can be classified into five categories:
The panel is coated with aluminum zinc magnesium alloy (containing aluminum, zinc, magnesium and other elements) to form a dense protective film. Its salt spray resistance is 5-10 times that of ordinary galvanized sheet, and it is not easy to rust or corrode when used in coastal, high humidity or industrial pollution areas.
The aluminum zinc magnesium coating has strong adhesion, scratch resistance, and wear resistance. It is not easy to fade or peel off even after long-term exposure to ultraviolet and acid rain environments. The overall service life can reach more than 30 years, which is twice as long as traditional color steel plates (10-15 years).
● The steel plate substrate (usually 0.8-1.5mm thick) has high strength, strong impact resistance and wind pressure resistance, and is not easy to deform or damage even in extreme weather such as strong wind and rainstorm, so it is suitable for the use of high-rise building exterior walls.
● The finished board is lightweight (about 15-22kg/㎡), only one-third of the weight of the integrated stone board, significantly reducing the load-bearing capacity of the building and minimizing safety hazards such as wall cracking and collapse.
Thermal insulation core materials (commonly XPS, PU, rock wool, etc.) are pre compounded with aluminum zinc magnesium steel plates in the factory without on-site splicing gaps, avoiding the traditional "metal plate+separate insulation layer" thermal bridge effect. The energy-saving rate can easily reach over 65%, and some core materials (such as PU) can meet the high energy-saving requirements of 75%.
The core material is tightly integrated with the panel, and there will be no hollowing or peeling of the insulation layer during long-term use, ensuring long-term stable and controllable building energy consumption.
The panel supports multiple surface treatment processes, such as color coating, wood grain transfer printing, stone grain transfer printing, etc., and can present various appearances such as metallic color, imitation wood, imitation stone, etc. The color is uniform and there is no color difference, which can adapt to different architectural styles such as modern, industrial style, and new Chinese style.
The board size can be customized (with a maximum width of up to 1.2m), supporting irregular processing, and can meet the exterior wall decoration needs of different scenarios such as commercial complexes, factories, residences, and public buildings.
The integrated panel is a finished board, and there is no need to install a separate keel on site (some lightweight systems can be directly bonded and fixed).
