Huzhou, Zhejiang – Dstar, a leading brand of insulated decorative panels under Zhejiang Leboom Energy Conservation Technology Co., Ltd., played a key role in the "Insulated Decorative Integrated Panel Technology Symposium" held on April 25 in Huzhou. The event was organized by the Huzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, together with industry associations and Leboom, gathering over 70 experts, officials, and business leaders to discuss technology innovation, standards, and best practices.
During the symposium, Mr. Wan Xinzong, Chairman of Dstar, was appointed head of the newly inaugurated Huzhou Regional Promotion Liaison Office. He presented a four-point action plan to advance the localized development of integrated panel technology in the region:
● Strengthen Local Supply Chains: Create model projects in Huzhou to demonstrate high-quality application and build industry confidence.Foster R&D Collaboration: Establish innovation platforms connecting industry, academia, and research to accelerate the adoption of new materials and techniques.
● Promote Policy-Enterprise Coordination: Utilize data analysis to evaluate building energy efficiency and support policy development.
● Implement a "Quality Guard" Initiative: Develop industry credit evaluation systems, construction standards, and quality inspection protocols to ensure market standardization.
The event also featured insights from top experts, including Professor Qian Xiaoqian from Zhejiang University, who highlighted the performance advantages of integrated panels, and Mr. You Jinqiu, Director of the Provincial Construction Cost Management Station, who clarified recent building evaluation standards and safety regulations.
This symposium marks a significant step in aligning local industry efforts with provincial green building goals, with Dstar positioned as a key driver of quality and innovation in the Huzhou market.
